My background spans staffing operations, recruiting management and business development—giving me a grounded understanding of what it actually takes to find, place, and retain talent in complex, resource-constrained environments.

After years in healthcare workforce operations, one thing became clear—most hiring challenges aren’t talent problems, they’re operational problems.
